You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to promptly update such information should it change. 10jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or falsified.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 10jl account, you are required to complete the KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID) and may include additional supporting documents at 10jl's discretion.
10jl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where eligibility requirements are not met, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where regulatory obligations require such action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 10jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify 10jl immediately through Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Where unauthorized access is reported promptly and verified, 10jl will take reasonable steps to secure your account and investigate the incident.
10jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following verified payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits.
The standard minimum deposit amount on 10jl is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per time period and will be displayed in the cashier.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 10jl account within 60 seconds of successful transaction completion on the respective e-wallet platform. Bank transfer processing times vary by method. 10jl is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
By depositing on 10jl, you warrant that the funds you deposit are lawfully owned by you and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party. 10jl is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds where required.

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

10jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 10jl via Live Chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or offsetting of bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
10jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between you and 10jl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting 10jl support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. 10jl will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide an initial response within 7 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through 10jl's internal dispute resolution process, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority. 10jl will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
The parties agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
