To exercise any of these rights, contact the 10jl Data Protection Officer as described in Section 17. 10jl will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days, or notify you if additional time is required.
The 10jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in line with PAGCOR guidelines for online casino gaming in the Philippines. 10jl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If 10jl becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a player who is under 21, the affected account will be immediately suspended, all personal data associated with that account will be deleted as promptly as practicable (subject to any mandatory legal retention requirements), and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source.
Some of 10jl's third-party service providers — including game providers (e.g., JILI, PG Soft), cloud hosting infrastructure providers, and KYC processing services — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

All such cross-border transfers are notified to the NPC where required by applicable NPC issuances, and 10jl maintains a register of all significant data processing arrangements with offshore processors.
The 10jl Platform integrates third-party game content from providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Fa Chai, and CQ9, and payment gateways including GCash and Maya. While these integrations are necessary for Platform functionality, each third party operates under its own privacy practices.
10jl is not responsible for the privacy policies or data practices of third-party game providers or payment processors. Where these third parties act as joint personal information controllers in relation to game session or payment data, we ensure appropriate contractual arrangements are in place.
